The Yacht

Full Description

Delivered in 2014 by the world-renowned Dutch shipyard Feadship (De Vries), the 60.4m (198’) motor yacht ROCK.
IT stands as a true benchmark of custom superyacht excellence. Commissioned by a highly experienced owner and designed inside and out by Sinot Yacht Design & Architecture (//sinot.com), she seamlessly blends timeless elegance, cutting-edge engineering, and meticulous Dutch craftsmanship.

Lloyd’s Registered and MCA LY2 compliant for commercial operation, ROCK.
IT has been maintained to the highest standard since launch. For her first nine years under original ownership, she was never chartered. A second owner in 2023 introduced a very limited, invitation-only charter program for friends and family. Today, she charters just 4–6 weeks annually, generating meaningful revenue that offsets operating costs while preserving her pristine condition for the next owner.

Accommodation & Layout

ROCK.
IT welcomes up to 13 guests in six beautifully appointed staterooms. The layout includes a full-beam Owner’s Suite on the main deck, two generous VIP suites with king-size beds, a European king guest cabin, and a twin cabin with Pullman berth, and an additional cabin that can accommodate two guests or crew. Crew accommodations are equally well considered, with five double bunk cabins forward on the lower deck, along with dedicated quarters for the Captain, Chief Engineer, and an additional Officer's Cabin which all accommodate two crew.

A particularly thoughtful feature is the flexible layout of the Captain’s Cabin, finished to owner-level luxury with underfloor heating. This space was converted in 2024 into a sixth VIP stateroom, a highly desirable enhancement that further elevates her guest accommodation.  The Captain may alternatively be relocated to the Officer’s Cabin aft of the wheelhouse, offering rare versatility for an owner seeking maximum guest capacity, or Captain's Cabin may remain unchanged with the flexibility of utilizing the Officer's Cabin as a sixth stateroom with two bunks.

Exterior Design

With her classic white hull, contrasting boot top, and graceful proportions, ROCK.
IT presents an unmistakably elegant yet purposeful profile. Her sculptural exterior lines draw inspiration from Italian sports cars, flowing naturally into an interior architecture that mirrors this sense of motion and balance. The continuity between exterior and interior design creates a yacht that feels coherent, refined, and unmistakably bespoke.

Interior Design & Craftsmanship

The interior of ROCK.
IT is a masterclass in classic contemporary design, conceived as a fully bespoke environment of extraordinary quality. Every detail has been custom designed and executed exclusively for this yacht, reflecting Feadship’s philosophy of clarity, precision, and timeless relevance.

The main salon is arranged as a formal reception space that effortlessly converts into a private cinema, with a large TV discreetly descending from the ceiling between the salon and formal dining area. Furnishings throughout are custom creations by acclaimed New York designer Frank Pollaro, produced exclusively for ROCK.
IT. Architectural elements are finished in richly figured crotch mahogany, complemented by a bespoke chandelier and custom wall lighting that imbue the space with quiet grandeur and warmth.

Materials include ebony Macassar, sycamore inlays, and finely textured chenille upholstery. The formal dining table is a striking centerpiece, featuring a Macassar sunburst veneer and craftsmanship so refined that its replacement value alone exceeds €350,000. Every selection within the interior reflects a singular commitment to quality and artistry.

Owner & Guest Suites

The full-beam Owner’s Suite continues this narrative at the highest level, with sculptural, three-dimensionally curved mahogany panels creating depth, softness, and architectural harmony. The en-suite bathroom is nothing short of extraordinary, centered around a vanity carved from a single solid block of extremely rare Portoro Gold marble (stonecontact.com/portoro-gold-marble/s6401), making it a truly one-of-a-kind statement. This is complemented by Statuario Bianco marble and delicately backlit white onyx, producing a refined interplay of texture, light, and form.

Guest staterooms mirror the Owner’s Suite in quality and finish, each featuring bespoke silk carpets, crotch mahogany wall panels, custom ceiling lights, and Frank Pollaro-designed  (//pollaro.com/our-story/) desks and seating. En-suite bathrooms are fitted with Saint Laurent marble vanity tops, each carved from a single block with integrated sinks.

Skylounge & Outdoor Living

The skylounge provides a relaxed yet sophisticated retreat, finished with solid teak flooring, sycamore inlays, hand-woven teak ceiling panels, and figured sycamore wall finishes. A jewel-like bar area takes center stage, showcasing a backlit alabaster countertop and honey onyx bar fronts, complemented by a Pollaro-designed game table and bespoke saloon furniture.

Outdoor spaces are equally impressive. The expansive sun deck features a raised Jacuzzi, generous sunpads, shaded lounge seating, and a fully equipped bar beneath the hardtop with glass panels inserted into construction for natural light on sun deck. Aft, an open deck area offers flexibility for sun loungers, social gatherings, or private events. The bridge deck aft hosts a large oval dining table with overhead heaters for cooler evenings, or air conditioning for warm summers, twin lounge areas, and an electrically extending sunshade that transforms the space from sun-soaked to sheltered with ease.

Engineering & Performance

ROCK.
IT is equipped with an advanced control and semi-dynamic positioning system capable of maintaining heading at anchor using her main engines and thrusters, technology more commonly found in professional naval applications. Powered by twin 1,520hp MTU diesel engines, she cruises comfortably at 12 knots, reaches a top speed of 15 knots, and boasts an impressive transoceanic range of approximately 5,300 nautical miles at long range cruise speed.

Her immaculate engine room reflects the same pride of ownership seen throughout the yacht, finished with polished stainless steel and maintained by two rotating full-time engineers. A recent 10-year class survey has been completed, three 200kW generators have been fully rebuilt, and the main engines are specified for continuous duty with a service life exceeding 40,000 hours. With barely 25% of their useful life consumed, ROCK.
IT is mechanically primed for decades of world-class cruising.

Conclusion

ROCK.
IT is a rare offering in today’s superyacht market. Her uncompromising build quality, exceptional maintenance history, and fully bespoke design place her among the finest custom yachts ever created. A true collaboration between an experienced original owner, Sinot Yacht Design & Architecture, Feadship, and renowned technical experts, she represents a perfect balance of luxury, performance, and individuality. ROCK.
IT is not simply a yacht, but an enduring statement of superyacht artistry and excellence.
